SBI Interiors SMS Communication Consent & Terms

SBI Interiors uses text messaging to provide appointment reminders, project updates, estimates, and customer support messages. We only send these messages to clients who have given prior consent.

How We Collect Consent

Consent is always obtained before any SMS message is sent. We use two main methods:

1. In-Person Paper Form (Primary Method) When a client requests a quote or we meet in person (at the job site or our warehouse at 438 Perrymont Ave, San Jose), we provide a physical Client Communication & SMS Consent Form.

The form includes:

  • Clear description of the types of messages we send

  • Statement that message and data rates may apply and frequency varies

  • An unchecked checkbox with the consent language

  • Signature and date line

Signed forms are scanned and stored in our project management system with a timestamp.

2. Verbal Opt-In (During Phone Calls or Site Visits) When collecting consent verbally, our team reads the following script verbatim:

“To keep you updated on your project, SBI Interiors can send text messages with appointment reminders, progress updates, and estimates. Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile plan. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP. Do you consent to receive these messages from SBI Interiors?”

If the client says yes, we log the consent in our project notes with the client’s name, phone number, date/time, and confirmation that the script was read.

SMS Terms & Privacy Notice

By consenting to receive SMS messages from SBI Interiors, you agree to the following:

  • You will receive transactional messages including appointment reminders, project updates, estimates, and customer support communications.

  • Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier.

  • Message frequency varies based on your project.

  • You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message.

  • For help, reply HELP.

  • We do not share your mobile number or consent information with third parties for marketing purposes.

  • Consent records are stored securely in our project management system.

Privacy Policy We collect and use phone numbers solely to deliver the services you have requested. We do not sell or rent your information.

How to Opt Out Reply STOP to any text message from us. You will receive one confirmation message and will no longer receive further texts.
